Meet your i-Workshop Instructor: Chef Sonny Mariano
Chef Sonny Mariano is a chef and restaurant menu consultant for establishments such as The Red Crab and Scout’s Honor. He has entered numerous culinary shows over the years, such as the LTB Philippines Chefs Association and the Newport Mall’s Truffle Festival. Currently, he is part of the National Culinary Team of the Philippines.
Bringing his culinary expertise to comfort food in his i-Workshop course “Baked Goods, Desserts, and Ice Cream,” Chef Sonny tackles the challenge of enhancing an already familiar category of food for customers who seek new and exciting flavors. An increasing number of consumers are now adventurously seeking some sensory stimulation and unique taste when it comes to their food.
