Steps

1 Done	Bicho Bicho Combine all the ingredients in a kitchen aid bowl. With hook attachment, turn on the mixer at a medium speed and mix until the mixture forms a smooth dough. This will take around 7-8 minutes. Transfer the dough in a clean table and knead for another 2 minutes Portion into 40g balls and let it rest for 5 minutes. Form the balls into 5 inch logs. Proof unti it doubles in shape. Fry in 180C oil until golden brown.
2 Done	Spicy Chocolate Filling Combine the 2 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in room temperature.
3 Done	Milk Sugar Coating Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in a room temperature.
