20g Spicy Chocolate
5g Clara Olé Mango Jam
10g Strawberry Jam

12g Yeast
60g White sugar

180g Fresh Milk
110g Shortening
3g McCormick Iodized Salt
460g All-Purpose Flour
Spicy Chocolate Filling
300g Tulip Dark Chocolate Paste
3g Tabasco Spray Dry
Milk Sugar Coating
50g Powdered Milk
100g White sugar
2g Salt

Bicho Bicho

Combine all the ingredients in a kitchen aid bowl.
With hook attachment, turn on the mixer at a medium speed and mix until the mixture forms
a smooth dough. This will take around 7-8 minutes.
Transfer the dough in a clean table and knead for another 2 minutes
Portion into 40g balls and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Form the balls into 5 inch logs. Proof unti it doubles in shape.
Fry in 180C oil until golden brown.

Combine the 2 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Store in room temperature.
