For the buns, whisk all dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients. Mix until dough starts to form. |

Rest the dough for 30 minutes. Portion the dough according to your desired size and proof for 1 hour. |

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C. |

After cooling down the buns, slice the top part and pipe TastesettersⓇ Brand Cream Cheese Dessert Paste in between the slices. |

For the glaze, whisk all ingredients in a bowl. |

Dip buns in the glaze and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes. |
