For the Fili steak, pour Clara Olé Tapa Marinade in a bowl and marinate pork strips for 30 minutes. Season with black pepper to taste. |

Heat up La Española Pure Olive Oil in a pan and sauté onion and bell peppers. |

In the same pan, pour in marinated pork strips. Sauté until pork is cooked and tender then add in the cooked onions and peppers. |
