Green with Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

In a bowl, combine the Smucker's Sugar Free Blueberry Preserves, Balsamic Vinegar, and Honey. Mix well
Slowly whisk in the La Espanola Olive Oil.
Season with McCormick Salt and Pepper
Set aside.

Seared Cauliflower Leeks

Blanch the cauliflowerets. Pat dry and set aside.
Blanch the leek ends and set aside.
Heat La Espanola olive oil in a pan and sear cauliflower on both sides until slightly browned, season with McCormick Salt and pepper
Torch the leek ends on one side

Caesar Chiptole Dressing

Combine ingredients in a bowl and season with McCormick salt and pepper.
