Combine the salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and flour in a bowl and mix well.
Dredge the spinach in the seasoned flour then dip in the egg whites.
Then coat with seasoned flour again.
Deep fry in 180C preheated frying oil until golden brown.

Combine everything in a bowl and mix well

Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add the ground beef and cook until brown.
Add the tomato paste and taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Add the apple juice and simmer until the liquid is reduced to 1/4
Add the corn kernels and cook for another 1 minute.
