60g Tulip dark chocolate compound

10g Mccormick taco seasoning

5ml Tabasco habanero sauce

5ml La espanola pomace olive oil

1pc Ripe mango sliced

1pc Cucumber peeled seeded and shredded

1pack Nachos

1 pack Clara ole salsa dip it good 120g

1 pack Clara ole jalapeno cheese dip

Mix rice, beans and McCormick Chili Lime Seasoning in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. |

Saute onion in La Espanola Pomace Olive Oil. |

Add garlic and bellpepper and saute for a minute. |

Add beef and saute for 5 minutes. |

Add McCormick Taco Seasoning and Lee Kum Kee Liquid Seasoning. Saute for about 3 minutes. |

Add Tulip Dark Chocolate Compound and mix well until blended. |

Drizzle with Tabasco Habanero Sauce, salt and pepper to taste. |

In a baking dish, place rice and bean mix on the 1st layer. Followed by cucumber and mangoes. Add the beef then spread Clara Ole Salsa Dip and Jalapeno Cheese Dip. Topped with bellpepper. |

Oven bake at 350 F for 5 minutes or you can use a torch. |
