Directions
Steps
| 1 Done | Pound banana in lusong and add margarine, brown sugar, McCormick Vanilla Flavoring, grated coconut, and JIF Peanut Butter. Once done, set aside. |
| 2 Done | Wrap in lumpia wrapper with butter-cinnamon sugar mixture. |
| 3 Done | Prepare the fruit flambe. Heat sugar. Once caramelized, add butter and fruits. Add TreeTop Apple Juice and simmer for a minute; add lambanog to flambe. |
| 4 Done | Fry the Nilupak Turon and serve with fruits flambe on the side and drizzle with Clara Olé Truly Fruity Blueberry Thrill and Clara Olé Choco-nut Syrup. Tip: When handling lumpia wrapper, cover the rest of the wrappers that are going to be used at a later time during prep time. Avoid exposure to air because it dries up the wrapper and it becomes brittle and breaks when you roll it. |
