Pre heat oven at 350 degrees F. Meanwhile line a sheet tray with parchment paper. |

Combine all-purpose flour and baking soda and mix well. |

In another bowl, combine butter, Natural Health Coconut Sap Sugar, egg and McCormick Vanilla Flavor. Use a hand mixer until it forms into a creamy mixture. |

Combine both mixtures until it forms into a sticky dough like mixture. |

Add Clara Olé Maraschino Cherries and Tulip Dark Chocolate Chips and a small amount of red food gel. Use a spatula to blend well. |

Scoop a small amount of mixture approximately 35g and place each on the lined sheet tray. |
