Minty Ginger Vodka

In a medium sauce pot, boil lemongrass and ginger in water for 7 minutes.

Turn off heat and add Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Mint teabag. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes and let it cool.

Stir in the Minty Lemongrass Ginger extract with Treetop Apple Juice and white sugar.

In a shaker, pour mixture with vodka and ice. Pour over a glass.

Right before serving, top with cooked chorizo.
