1 rack Baby Back Ribs, American cut (silver membrane removed)

2 pcs McCormick Star Anise Whole

4 pcs McCormick Bay Leaves Whole

45 g Banana Ketchup

175 g Clara Olé Guava Jelly

30 g Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce

15 g White Vinegar

50 g Clara Olé Choco Syrup

In a bowl, mix the marinade mixture and add the baby back ribs. Marinate not less than 2 hours. |

Boil the meat in the marinade for 1 hour or until tender and set aside. |

Reduce the marinade and gently add Clara Ole Chocolate Syrup. Blend well. |

Grill the ribs for 12-15mins on both sides and frequently brush with the Choco Marinade mixture to glaze. |
