500 g Talakitok, or any white fish

15 g Kamias, sliced in half

3 cloves Garlic, crushed

1 pc Onions, sliced

1 pc Tomatoes, wedge

1 stalk Spring Onions, chopped

3 g McCormick Iodized Salt

1.5 g McCormick Black Pepper Ground

60 g Clara Olé Carbonara Pasta Sauce

5 g Ginger, sliced

Cut and warm banana leaves and prepare aluminum foil at the bottom. |

Arrange fish on the banana leaf followed by ginger, kamias, onions, tomato and spring onion and garlic. |

Pour in Clara Ole Carbonara Pasta Sauce on top. |

Wrap the fish with the banana leaf and use foil to secure the "pocket". |
