Pickled and spiced sugar beets and hard boiled eggs. Can be served with salads or as side dish.

Steps

1 Done	Cut the top and bottom of the beets.
2 Done	Boil beets with egg. Eggs cooks at 10mins. While the beets cooks longer. Make sure it is soft already before slicing.
3 Done	Slice beets and put in vinegar marinade.
4 Done	Add the whole peeled eggs and soak for 4 hrs before using.
