2pcs. Sugar beets
Vinegar Marinade:
200g Cane Vinegar
60g Brown Sugar
2g McCormick Iodized Salt
5g McCormick Coriander Seeds
optional Dried Orange peels

Cut the top and bottom of the beets.

Boil beets with egg. Eggs cooks at 10mins. While the beets cooks longer. Make sure it is soft already before slicing.

Slice beets and put in vinegar marinade.

Add the whole peeled eggs and soak for 4 hrs before using.
