    In a microwave safe cup, sprinkle gelatin over water and microwave for 20 seconds

    Beat softened cream cheese, sugar and gelatin

    In a separate bowl, whip all-purpose cream

    Mix in the cherry syrup and chopped Clara Olé maraschino cherries.

    Fold in the cream cheese mixture and blend well

    Soak each piece of lady fingers in full cream milk and arrange in a pan to form a layer

    Spoon over half of the cream cheese mixture and form another layer of lady fingers

    Sprinkle crumbled butter cookies and parmesan cheese on the top layer.
