Proudly Filipino: SYSU International Joins the National Exporters Fair 2026
Here’s a common misconception that followed Clara Olé for many years: people assume it’s a foreign brand. Maybe it’s the name, maybe it’s the premium look and feel the products. But the truth is, it’s proudly Filipino through and through. That’s exactly what Ananda Marga Salvador, Export Manager for SYSU International, Inc., cleared up at the National Exporters Fair held last July 22-26, 2026 at the SM Megamall Megatrade Hall.

Spreading the Word
For Marga, showing up at the fair wasn’t just about having a booth. It was about making sure people knew that Clara Olé and Tastesetters are both homegrown brands. On stage, she took the audience through the brand’s story, from its roots to its continuing growing lineup, and the quality that’s kept customers coming back over the years. According to her, “It’s an opportunity to showcase that these products are locally manufactured, not imported.” It is a simple reminder that could open doors to new customers, partnerships and markets along the way.

Right at Home in Philippine Flavors
With that being said, SYSU International’s booth landed in the Philippine Flavors section, where both Clara Olé and Tastesetters had their full range of products on display, giving event goers a good look at how much the brand have grown. Of course, it wasn’t just for window shopping. Visitors got to sample the newly released Clara Olé Spread Line. It was kind of a sneak peek at what’s headed to store shelves soon, while the rest of the lineup was available to be bought right there at the booth. So whether it’s the new products or just stocking their favorite pantry staples, the booth had it covered.

Looking Back, Moving Forward
By the time the 5-day fair wrapped up, the goal had been met: SYSU International, Inc., through Clara Olé and Tastesetters opened up new opportunities while proudly putting homegrown Filipino products on the map for the world to see and taste.
