Tastesetters Workshop Brings Culinary Innovation to Pampanga
Tastesetters successfully concluded its flavor-filled workshop last April 23, 2026 at The Site Function Room and Events Place in Angeles City, Pampanga. The event gathered people from the F&B industry for a day of learning, creativity, and hands-on experience.

One of the highlights of the workshop was an insightful discussion on emerging food trends for 2026 led by Chef Avery Manaloto. Attendees gained valuable knowledge on innovative flavor pairings and modern approaches to shape the culinary landscape.

Chef Celina David captivated the audience with a live cooking demonstration featuring Kapampangan dishes reimagined with a contemporary twist. By incorporating Tastesetters and SYSU products, she showcased how traditional flavors can be elevated into modern culinary creations. These dishes were Vegetarian Bringhe, Buro-Quettas, Ginulu-Berry, and Crispy Fried Tibuk Tibuk served with Chocomelt and Raspberry Sauce. Guests were treated to samples of each dish, allowing them to experience the creativity and versatility behind every recipe.

Another key highlight of the workshop was the group cooking activity, where participants were divided into teams and challenged to create their own dishes. Using Tastesetters and SYSU products, they applied the food trends discussed earlier to develop innovative recipes. The activity encouraged collaboration, creativity, and practical application of these new ideas.
Special thanks to Sea King for providing fresh seafood ingredients and to Masflex for supplying quality cookware, both of which contributed to the success of the hands-on session.

The Tastesetters Workshop in Pampanga not only celebrated the rich culinary heritage of the region but also inspired participants to embrace innovation in the kitchen. It was a day filled with learning, creativity, and delicious discoveries.
Thank you, Pampanga!
