Meet your READYfining Food Culture Instructors: Chef Noel Mauricio
Chef Noel was a scholar and graduated as cum laude from Enderun Colleges, where he earned his degree in International Hospitality Management, majoring in Culinary Arts. He has also worked in the kitchens of some of the most famous restaurants in France, such as Les Jules Verne, which is located in the Eiffel Tower. He was the champion of the Student Continental Category of the Philippine Culinary Cup in 2012 and was part of the Philippine Team who emerged on top in the Trophy Challenge of the IKIP ASIAN Culinary Cup in 2013 in Malaysia.
He has prepared 3 recipes for the chicken and wings category at this year’s i-Workshop, READYfining Food Culture, namely the Chicken Noodle Budae Jjigae, Choco Hickory Chipotle Wings with Bechamel Blue Cheese Dip, and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Pasta Salad Coleslaw.
