1 cup White sugar

Heat sugar on pan. Do not touch or mix. Wait for it to melt. |

Gently swirl the pan until the sugar is completely melted. Pour half of the syrup on a pan covered with silicon mat and spread the caramelized sugar by tilting the pan back and forth. |

Sprinkle the cooked ground pork evenly. |

Pour the rest of the syrup on top then spread evenly. |

Let it cool. Just before the sugar sets, slice into bacon like forms and let cool thoroughly. |

Remove from silicon mat one by one carefully not to break each piece. |
