    Heat sugar on pan. Do not touch or mix. Wait for it to melt.

    Gently swirl the pan until the sugar is completely melted. Pour half of the syrup on a pan covered with silicon mat and spread the caramelized sugar by tilting the pan back and forth.

    Sprinkle the cooked ground pork evenly.

    Pour the rest of the syrup on top then spread evenly.

    Let it cool. Just before the sugar sets, slice into bacon like forms and let cool thoroughly.

    Remove from silicon mat one by one carefully not to break each piece.
