1/2 cup Water

1 pc Lettuce, shredded

1 pack Lumpia Wrappers

to taste Salt and Pepper

As needed La Española Pomace Olive Oil

3 Tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup White Onions, chopped

1 tbsp cup Cilantro, chopped

LUMPIANG TACOCook the ground beef fully until brown. |

Stir in seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. |

Place the cooked meat onto the lumpia wrapper, add the toppings, and wrap them into rolls. |
