Heat oil in pressure cooker. Saute garlic, onion and ginger. |

Add McCormick Star Anise. Saute for a minute. |

Add the beef and sear all sides. |

Season with McCormick Iodized Salt . |

Put the rest of the soup base ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook in pressure cooker for 35 to 40mins or until meat is tender. Let it cool before opening lid. |

Remove star anise then add brown sugar and stir. |

Heat up again to a boil. Add diluted cornstarch and stir. Simmer until broth thickens. |
