as needed Clara Olé Guava Jelly
1/2 kg Ground Beef
1/4 kg Ground Pork
1/2 cup Onions, minced
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Celery, minced
2 tbsp Carrots, minced
1/4 cup Button Mushrooms, minced
1 pc Egg
3 tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup White Wine
1 tbsp Tabasco®

MIX:

In a mixing bowl, BLEND ground meats, minced vegetables, egg, flour, herbs and seasoning.
FORM into balls.

FRY:

PAN-FRY the meatballs in butter and olive oil until cooked.

SAUCE:

In a separate pan, BOIL Clara Olé Guava jam, white wine, hot sauce and pepper

GLAZE:

GLAZE the cooked meatballs with the wine and jam sauce.
