Marinate pork belly with 1 pack of Clara Olé Original BBQ Marinade for 4-6 hours. |

For the peanut bbq sauce, mix ½ pack Clara Olé Original BBQ Marinade, brown sugar, fried shallots and Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter in a saucepan. |
