1 pack Clara ole inasal barbecue marinade

1 clove Garlic

2 stalks Lemon grass

2 tbsp Clara ole honey lime ginger jam

50 ml Lee kum kee premium soy sauce

In a stainless bowl, mix all ingredients. Marinate for 2-3 hours. |

Heat up charcoal grill. |

Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side. |

Brush with marinade 3-4 times during the cooking process. Serve hot. |
