Asian Fooled Pork Burger

    Vegan Brioche Bun

    In a bowl, mix water, honey, salt, yeast, and La Espanola Extra Virging Olive oil.

    In a separate bowl with the flour, make a well in the middle and slowly add the wet mixture and mix all together.

    Transfer in the mixing bowl attachment of the mixer. Knead the dough in the mixer for 10 minutes or until the dough becomes smooth.

    Transfer in a greased bowl and cover. Rest the dough for 1hour

    Prepare the Vegan Eggwash by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.

    After 1 hour, punch down the dough and divide the dough into 8 balls. Place them on a greased baking tray. Round the dough balls into smooth rolls. Brush each dough with Vegan eggwash twice and let it rest for another 20 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350f.

    After 20 minutes, brush the dough balls again with vegan egg wash, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

    Bake for 15 minutes or until it turns golden brown.

    VEGAN MAYO

    Blend Soymilk, Lee Kum Kee White Vinegar, and salt for 5 seconds

    Gradually add chilled Prosource Extra Virging coconut oil while the blender is at slow speed. Blend until it thickens, then slowly turn up the speed to high until thick.

    Add Clara Ole Dip It Good French Onion. Chill before serving.

    Fooled Pork

    Simmer young langka in water until tender.

    In a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients until well incorporated.

    Once the langka is simmering, add the sauce mixture. cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

    Once reduced, remove from heat and set aside.

    Assemble the burger and serve.
