30ml Lee kum kee panda oyster sauce

5ml Lee kum kee sesame oil

5g Lee kum kee chili garlic sauce

30ml Clara ole kung pao sauce

Vegan Brioche BunIn a bowl, mix water, honey, salt, yeast, and La Espanola Extra Virging Olive oil. |

In a separate bowl with the flour, make a well in the middle and slowly add the wet mixture and mix all together. |

Transfer in the mixing bowl attachment of the mixer. Knead the dough in the mixer for 10 minutes or until the dough becomes smooth. |

Transfer in a greased bowl and cover. Rest the dough for 1hour |

Prepare the Vegan Eggwash by mixing all ingredients in a bowl. |

After 1 hour, punch down the dough and divide the dough into 8 balls. Place them on a greased baking tray. Round the dough balls into smooth rolls. Brush each dough with Vegan eggwash twice and let it rest for another 20 minutes. |

Preheat oven to 350f. |

After 20 minutes, brush the dough balls again with vegan egg wash, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top. |

Bake for 15 minutes or until it turns golden brown. |

Gradually add chilled Prosource Extra Virging coconut oil while the blender is at slow speed. Blend until it thickens, then slowly turn up the speed to high until thick. |

In a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients until well incorporated. |

Once the langka is simmering, add the sauce mixture. cover and simmer for 25 minutes. |
