Chef Jean-Marc Bernelin is a renowned pastry chef and chocolate expert. Born and raised in France, Chef Jean has over 20 years of experience in the pastry and chocolate industry and spent a significant amount of time in Asia.
Working for a chocolate manufacturing company has always been a dream come true for Chef Jean Marc Bernelin. As an experienced pastry chef and chocolate demonstrator, there’s very little he does not know about chocolate and he is leading the way to helping expand the Tulip Chocolate brand throughout Asia.
As a part of the technical team for Tulip Chocolate, Chef Jean-Marc Bernelin meets and works closely with the customers, listening to where their problems are and how they could be solved.
