Now on its 10th year, the Bakery Fair aims to showcase the recent technological advancement and techniques in baking as well as to help the local industry increase the level of baking competencies and gain competitive intelligence by staying updated with industry trends and opportunities. It is organized by the Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI) and is held every two years.
