Pork Spare Ribs with Smoked Chipotle Raspberry BBQ

    In a Bowl, Place Pork Spare Ribs. Season with Salt and Pepper

    Add BBQ Marinade, Tabasco Chipotle and Raspberry Jam

    Marinate for 3-4 Hours

    Heat up Oven at 375 degrees

    Place in Pan. And Roast for 2 -2 ½ hours until tender

    Heat up Charcoal Grill

    Grill the Pork Spareribs on both Sides

    Spray with Apple Juice
