Pour the Treetop Apple and Grape Juice into a mold and freeze. |

In a pot, mix sugar and water. Heat the mixture. Stir until the sugar granules are totally dissolved. |

Remove from heat. Cool down completely. |

Set aside. |

Cold Brew:Transfer the coffee ground in a French press. Pour water into container. |

Mix until the coffee grounds are fully saturated. |

Cover the container and set aside and brew overnight at room temperature. |

After brewing, remove cover, and strain the cold brew. |

Yield is about 240 ml of concentrated cold brew. Serving portion will depend on how strong you prefer. |

Assemble:Remove frozen juice from the molds |
