In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, sugar and salt. |

Add water. Whisk to mix ingredients. Strain to make sure no lumps are formed. |

Brush the mold with coconut oil. Pour 3/4 of the batter mixture into the mold. |

Add cake spread to the center of the mold then add more batter mixture to seal. |

Steam for 12-15 minutes. |

For Latik ToppingsIn a pan, simmer coconut cream until oil separates and solid residue (latik) turns to golden brown. |

Strain (latik) and set aside the oil. |

Remove the molds from the steamer. Brush some oil on the spatula to easily remove the mixture from the mold. |

Sprinkle latik on top. |
