KOREAN BLACK BUNS
Bite into sweet and savory goodness with Chef Celina’s Korean Black Buns infused with TastesettersⓇ Brand Cream Cheese Dessert Paste. It’s a flavor explosion you wouldn’t want to miss if you’re looking to get diners to stan your creations!
Ingredients:
Black Buns
- 120g Clara Olé Pasta Negra
- 600g all-purpose flour
- 4g bread improver
- 10g instant yeast
- 10g salt
- 100g sugar
- 2pcs. eggs
- 100g unsalted butter
- 160g warm water
- 25g black cocoa powder
Glaze
- 50g Clara Olé Maple Pancake Syrup
- 115g unsalted butter, melted
- 40ml water
- 2pcs. eggs
- 3g parsley flakes
- 40g granulated garlic

Procedure:
- For the buns, whisk all dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients. Mix until dough starts to form.
- Rest the dough for 30 minutes. Portion the dough according to your desired size and proof for 1 hour.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- After cooling down the buns, slice the top part and pipe TastesettersⓇ Brand Cream Cheese Dessert Paste in between the slices.
- For the glaze, whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
- Dip buns in the glaze and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
FILI CHEESE STEAK PANDESAL
Inspired from the classic American Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, Chef Celina puts a gourmet spin on this Filipino breakfast favorite with TastesettersⓇ Brand Cheese Blend Concentrated Sauce, creating a creamy and savory Bistek Tagalog flavored palaman that’ll keep cheese lovers coming back for more!
Ingredients:
- 225g Clara Olé Tapa Marinade
- 20g La Española Pure Olive Oil
- 500g pork strips
- 40g onion
- 15g calamansi juice
- 40g red bell peppers
- black pepper to taste
- TastesettersⓇ Brand Cheese Blend Concentrated Sauce

Procedure:
- For the Fili steak, pour Clara Olé Tapa Marinade in a bowl and marinate pork strips for 30 minutes. Season with black pepper to taste.
- Heat up La Española Pure Olive Oil in a pan and sauté onion and bell peppers.
- In the same pan, pour in marinated pork strips. Sauté until pork is cooked and tender then add in the cooked onions and peppers.
- Fill in pandesal with Fili steak and drizzle generous amount of TastesettersⓇ Brand Cheese Blend Concentrated Sauce on top.
MANGO VANILLA SHAKE
Refresh your menu with Chef Celina’s creamy Mango Vanilla Shake with a twist! Ingredients:
- 25g TastesettersⓇ Brand Vanilla Cream Dessert Paste
- 10g Clara Olé Mango Jam
- 20g mango puree
- 1 cup ice
- 40g Tulip Dark Chocolate Compound, melted
Procedure:
- Pour melted Tulip Dark Chocolate in a plastic cup. Swirl the cup to cover all sides. Let it set in the chiller.
- For the mango shake, place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until creamy.
- Transfer mango shake in the cup.
MOCHA CUPCAKES WITH CARAMEL FROSTING

Cupcake
- 2g vanilla extract
- 3g vinegar
- 180g fresh milk
- 6g baking soda
- 8g instant coffee
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 150g white sugar
- 20g cocoa powder
- 5g salt
- 2pcs. eggs
- 115g vegetable oil
Caramel Frosting
- 350g TastesettersⓇ Brand Caramel Cream Dessert Paste
- 150g whipping cream
Procedure:
- Whisk all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine all wet ingredients then slowly mix in the dry ingredients until well-incorporated.
- Pour batter into cupcake trays with liners and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
- For the caramel frosting, whip TastesettersⓇ Brand Caramel Cream Dessert Paste and whipping cream until stiff.
- Pipe caramel frosting on top of mocha cupcakes.
