Cook San Remo Couscous according to packaging and set aside. |

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and chopped banana. Mash and mix well. |

Add the cooked San Remo Couscous into the mixing bowl and blend well. |

Layer in a glass or serving bowl of your choice starting with Clara Ole Mango Jam, couscous mixture, and Clara Ole Truly Fruity Strawberry Bananamania. |
