Ingredients

1cup Adlai

2cup Stock i used vegetable stock but feel free to use whatever you have on hand

1.5tsp La espanola pomace olive oil

1/2tsp Unsalted butter

3tsp Mccormick taco seasoning

5cloves Garlic chopped

1cup Red onion minced

1/2cup Pepper jack cheese shredded

1/2cup Corn
-
1cup Bell peppers chopped

1tsp Butter

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan |

Saute the onions and garlic until aromatic |

Add the bell peppers and McCormick Taco Seasoning in and saute for about 1 minute |

Add the Adlai in and allow to toast for a bit to incorporate the flavors |

Slowey stir in the stock about 1/2 cup at a time and stir until the stock is absorbed, |

then pour another 1/2 cup in. Continue the process untill all the stock has been used and the Adlai is cooked. |
