Tex-Mex Adlai Risotto

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan

Saute the onions and garlic until aromatic

Add the bell peppers and McCormick Taco Seasoning in and saute for about 1 minute

Add the Adlai in and allow to toast for a bit to incorporate the flavors

Slowey stir in the stock about 1/2 cup at a time and stir until the stock is absorbed,

then pour another 1/2 cup in. Continue the process untill all the stock has been used and the Adlai is cooked.
