1cup Adlai

2cup Stock (I used vegetable stock, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand)

1.5tsp La Española Pomace Olive Oil

1/2tsp Butter, unsalted

3tsp McCormick Taco Seasoning

5cloves Garlic, chopped

1cup Red Onion, Minced

1/2cup Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded

1/2cup Corn
-
1cup Bell Peppers, Chopped

1tsp Butter

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan |

Saute the onions and garlic until aromatic |

Add the bell peppers and McCormick Taco Seasoning in and saute for about 1 minute |

Add the Adlai in and allow to toast for a bit to incorporate the flavors |

Slowey stir in the stock about 1/2 cup at a time and stir until the stock is absorbed, |

then pour another 1/2 cup in. Continue the process untill all the stock has been used and the Adlai is cooked. |
