Make your dessert selection stand out with unique TasteSetter recipes like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dough:<br>360g unsalted butter, cubed and chilled<br>190g powdered sugar<br>90g cashew flour<br>2pcs eggs<br>750g all purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cashew Filling:<br>100g butter<br>125g white sugar<br>100g cashew, ground<br>2pcs egg<br>25ml all purpose cream<br>Cashew nuts, roasted as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pineapple Diced:<br>1 cup fresh pineapple, diced<br>2Tbsp lime juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coulis:<br>1 cup\u00a0Clara Ol\u00e9\u00a0Pineapple Mango Jam<br>4Tbsp Hot Water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topping:<br>1 cup fresh ripe mango, diced<br>cream, whipped as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procedure:<br>Cashew Filling:<br>1. In a mixing bowl, combine egg, butter and white sugar.<br>2. Using a spatula, mix until white sugar is dissolved.<br>3. Add ground cashew and fold in all purpose cream. Be sure not to over mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dough:<br>1. Place all ingredients in a bowl of a mixer. Keeping everything chilled.<br>2. Mix until crumbly and remove dough from mixer.<br>3. Form into a smooth ball. Flour hands if needed.<br>4. Roll dough out on a clean surface and mold into a baking dish.<br>5. Pour in cashew filling and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pineapple Diced:<br>1. Mix both ingredients and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coulis:<br>1. Mix hot water and Clara Ole Pineapple Mango Jam and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assembly:<br>1. Once base has been baked, add pineapple diced and coulis on top.<br>2. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh ripe mango.<br>3.
